But, if you must apply this modified, do it with a coat of Fibered Emulsion before you silver. This will give the roof a much longer life, especially if you recoat this roof every 7 to ten years depending on the amount you applied. It is strange to imagine a coating system being a dependable roof system, just keep these things in mind. First the warranty, what does your average brand new roof warranty? I`m not sure about spray on roofing. I think if you would have nailed down a fiberglass base sheet and torched on a smooth modified and coated it with fibered aluminum roof coating you would have a much better roof.
