Do I need to replace a cracked roof tile right away?
How necessary is it to replace cracked roof tiles (spanish style)? We just bought a house that has a few cracked roof tiles and I want to know if I should do this right away.
Nah, just ignore. It might leak a little but sooner or later the framing will rot & collapse & you won’t notice those little cracks at all. ♠

yes you do, any cracks will cause leaks and if you see one most likely there are more that are cracked. Might even be time to replace the roof.

Haha, you don’t have to….if you are planning to collect rain water.

n o you dont . un less you have got a leak.
you can use 100% silcone , to maintain the water proofing . short term.
if you have to replace them count for at least two more per tile as they break off when u dismatle them
