n o you dont . un less you have got a leak.
you can use 100% silcone , to maintain the water proofing . short term.

if you have to replace them count for at least two more per tile as they break off when u dismatle them

yes you do, any cracks will cause leaks and if you see one most likely there are more that are cracked. Might even be time to replace the roof.

Nah, just ignore. It might leak a little but sooner or later the framing will rot & collapse & you won't notice those little cracks at all. ♠
